MRPE Apprenticeship Program

MRPE is proud to offer the only federally registered civil drafter apprenticeship program in California. This program is designed to support the community by filling a key industry need while helping its underutilized citizens reach their full potential through civil engineering and land surveying careers.

Extreme Opportunity for Advancement

No experience required to start. MRPE Apprentice Pay ranges from $20 to $35 per hour. Graduate pay can exceed $50 per hour in as little as two-years thru the Federal “Pathway Program”, State licensure and other official programs. Ultimate pay for licensed civil engineers can exceed $100 per hour.
